BATTLEFIELD ART
Here's a sample of art made for the Battlefield franchise. Images of the game assets were captured using the Frostbite engine. The images were then imported into Illustrator to be used as guides for creating the vector artwork. Stroke lines were used for the fine details to keep the line widths consistent. Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V relied heavily on vector art for its UI.

BATTLEFIELD 2042 - WEAPONS ICONS

In Battlefield 2042 - 3d vehicle and weapons icons were introduced. This required a whole new workflow to produce all of the weapons and vehicles icons. 3D models were created by the modelers and then was set up with all of the attachments on separate layers in their proper positions. The file was then imported into Blender and cleaned up so that only the highest resolution were visible. Then the models were rendered out using a fixed camera and lighting. Each layer was rendered separately so as to keep the proper positioning of the attachments. Then all of the rendered layers were brought into Photoshop to process. Finally the finished icons were imported into the game engine.
